MENTAL HEALTH + WELLNESS RESOURCES CURATED
by the We Are For Good Community
In our journey to understand the mental health journey of the impact sector, some obvious truths lift to the surface. Most nonprofits don’t have mental health care tools and resources available for teams, and even fewer have access to funds for counselors, therapists or psychiatrists.
Here, we’ve curated numerous tools + resources online curated for our do-gooders. These resources provide a range of options for individuals seeking support for mental health and well-being, but also from counseling and therapy to peer support and mindfulness practices.
Thanks to our mental health partners + community members who’ve helped to source this growing list of resources!
