And that transformative power has a trickle down effect, so by empowering a movement with the mindsets + tools to build more engaging + vital philanthropic movements, we can literally change the world - together.

The We Are For Good Podcast

The We Are For Good Podcast - The Podcast For Nonprofits - debuted in August 2020 as the #1 nonprofit podcast on Apple iTunes and today is ranked in the top 1% of all podcasts internationally. With more than 500 episodes and 600,000+ downloads, we’ve interviewed inspiring change-makers, best-selling authors + disruptive thought leaders including Seth Godin, Nancy Brinker, Dan Pallotta, Viktoria & Scott Harrison, Kishshana Palmer, Susan McPherson, Dr. Tyrone Freeman, Damien Mander and more. Bio

Jon and Becky are two Oklahoma friends with a combined more than 40 years of experience in nonprofit development + marketing + leadership. By trade he's the designer, she's the writer, but they call themselves "marketers disguised as fundraisers." They’ve led teams in annual giving, donor relations, major gifts + created a ground-breaking employee giving campaign model that's been replicated by development shops around the world that is built on engagement + community building through storytelling.

In 2020 they launched We Are For Good with the vision to create an Impact Uprising. They’re teachers, amplifiers, connectors + hosts of the top-ranked We Are For Good Podcast, with more than 600,000 downloads and counting. The community cultivated around the podcast has fueled a movement that is baked in equity + focused on getting activated together - for good.

In 2024, We Are For Good introduced its quarterly virtual + in-person gatherings called ImpactUp - with the concept of activating our global community together for one-day events that start virtaully to open dialogue + end by gathering locally to continue conversations locally to integrate practices into communities around the world. Since launching ImpactUp gatherings have been hosted in more than 30 cities worldwide from New York City to San Francisco to Sydney Australia to Jinja Uganda. And we’re just getting started.

We Are for Good is on a mission to reimagine what’s possible when nonprofit + social impact + changemakers unite, to challenge the status quo, lean into compassion, kindness + create an impact uprising - for good.
