  1. Do you feel released from your current role? If you don’t, there are still things for you to learn.

  2. Can you leave in a healthy way? Are you healthy enough to leave in a healthy way?

  3. Are you healthy enough to start a new season in a healthy way? You want to be the best version of you.

Do This/Not That

Do:

  • Do communicate your weaknesses and how that can be a strength

  • Do have a plan

  • Do your research and speak in a way that you have done your homework

  • Do own your skills and be confident in who you are and what you’ve done

Don’t:

  • Don’t talk a lot about how you were hurt in the past

  • Don’t have a boring resume

  • Don’t appear sales-y
