This episode is part of Community Week, a celebration of the radical connections and community of belonging exploding here at We Are For Good.

Meet Monique. This We Are For Good rabid-fan is all over the Community and studying in PRO. What doesn’t this incredible human do? Her career started in the recruiting and job placement space - where her interest in DEI and representation grew. Without any nonprofit experience, she launched Little Bit of Good in Central Texas, a four month capacity building accelerator program for Black-let nonprofits. She believes change is possible and that funding and resource inequities in the nonprofit sector can be changed. Oh yeah, and she’s a candle maker at Blow Candle Co. where each purchase supports local nonprofits. 🕯😍 Tune in to meet this incredible do-gooder.
